* Summer Season: Memorial Day Weekend through October 15;
   Mid-Season: October 15 through November 30th, excluding Holidays
   Winter Season: December 1st through February 28th, excluding Holidays

** Each rates are for 1 or 2 people per unit per night. Additional persons are charged as $10 per     person per night. Children under 5 stay free. Pets are $10/pet/day.

*** Reservations are highly recommended for weekends and holidays.

**** Each unit has cable TV, free local phone calls and access to coin-op laundry.

*Cancellation Policy:

1. 72 hour advance notice is required to cancel reservations for a non-holiday times without penalty
2. Holiday reservations (which include Labor Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Thanksgiving, New Years, and Presidents Day) require a 7 days notice.
3. Groups reserving 3 or more rooms must provide 14 day advance notice for cancellation.

** No penalty will be charged to reservations cancelled within these guidelines. Late cancellations will be charged the equivalent of 1 room charge per number of rooms reserved. No shows may  be charged for the entire length of stay.
